How It Works

Our Services

When we meet, we listen to you and what your goals are. Then we create a detailed exercise plan for you based on your goals and needs. We assess you every 6-8 weeks to see progress and changes in all fitness based modalities. We use a specific phasing system to keep your workouts fresh and your body improving and changing.

It's all based on your goals:

  • Gyms can be intimidating - We provide all necessary instruction on the exercise equipment to get the best possible results
  • We bring you through each exercise, keeping your form perfected and preventing injury. 
  • When you workout with us,  the focus is all on you (in a good way!)
